Sales Advisor – German Speaking

Key Purpose of the Job Working within the Inside Sales Team, the Inside Sales Advisor will be responsible for establishing excellent relationships with Fender’s established dealer network to make ongoing sales for products and achieve set sales targets. Main Responsibilities - Make regular outbound sales calls to new and existing dealer accounts on the assigned sales area for specific online products - Attain set sales targets for the assigned area - Create and maintain an effective call plan, ensuring full coverage of the area to maximise sales and establish routine with customers - Enter and maintain all sales orders received onto the SAP system - Provide inbound email/chat/telephone sales support for dealers and BDM´s. Including: - Order entry and maintenance - Stock availability requests - Account information updates, including dealership and credit details - Back ord
