How our AI decides

Plain-English transparency, because you should not need a law degree to know what an algorithm does with your CV.

What the AI actually does

  1. Reads your CV and extracts a structured profile: skills, experience, seniority, locations. You can see everything it extracted on your dashboard.
  2. Finds candidate jobs by comparing your profile to live UK jobs (a similarity search), after applying only the hard filters you set yourself: minimum salary, location, workstyle.
  3. Ranks the best fits and writes a short explanation of why each one fits you. Your thumbs up/down and dismiss reasons feed the next ranking.

What the AI never does

Your controls

For employers

Shortlists are ranked suggestions with reasoning, not decisions. We ask every employer to review applications themselves, and our tooling never auto-rejects a candidate. We monitor ranking outcomes for bias and publish our approach as it evolves.
