Registered Support Manager

About the role We are looking for an experienced Registered Support Manager to join our new Birkdale village. This is a key registered leadership role, responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care and support across the service. You will hold registration for the service and play a central role in maintaining strong regulatory compliance, excellent care standards and a positive experience for residents, tenants, customers and families. Working closely with the General Manager, Village Nurse Manager and wider leadership team, you will help shape the culture, quality and day-to-day delivery of care at Birkdale.
