Leadership Rotation Network Analyst

As a participant in our yearlong middle and back-office rotation program, referred to internally as our Leadership Rotation Network (LRN), you’ll begin your journey with our immersive onboarding experience. This will reinforce your knowledge of market fundamentals, equipping you for the dynamic rotations that follow. Additionally, it offers an invaluable opportunity to build strong relationships with your fellow cohort members and integrate into the wider LRN community. Following onboarding, you will rotate through up to three targeted middle and/or back-office teams such as Global Trading Operations, Treasury/Cash and Business Management. Upon successful program completion, you will earn a post-LRN role on one of the participating middle/back-office teams with the aim of alignment between both your career aspirations and DRW’s business needs.
