An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader based at Magna Park, Milton Keynes. 37.5 hours per week (over 7 days on a rota basis) PM shift – 2pm – 10pm £15.59ph A quick look at the role Leading the waste operative team to ensure H&S compliance, team productivity optimisation and performance, and shift reporting. Supporting the Supervisor in staff and task allocation and appropriate shift cover. In addition to leading the team you will be operating machinery which include Forklift, LLOP, Counterbalances, Compactor and Balers. The Team Leader will effectively and efficiently process waste whilst ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to. Each material is to be processed as per the guidelines and all data to be captured and recorded accurately.
