Outbound Shift Manager

This role is responsible for managing the distribution operations. Responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate distribution of our products and managing the distribution shift; optimising processes, ensuring timely deliveries, and fostering a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities - Leading a team of Colleagues on the shift to ensure that the shift KPIs are met in full and on time. - Engaging and developing the team to achieve optimum performance and for the Colleagues to meet their full potential. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures in all distribution activities, including proper handling, storage, and shipping of meal kits to maintain product integrity. - Continuously evaluate and enhance distribution processes to maximise efficiency, minimise errors, and streamline operations. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
