Our Data Science organisation sits at the heart of Deliveroo, powering decision-making across product, commercial and operational teams through experimentation, causal inference and applied machine learning. We’re hiring a Data Science Manager to join our Delivery team. Delivery is responsible for making sure we have the right rider supply to meet consumer demand at a local level, while maintaining speed, reliability and network efficiency. You’ll lead a team focused on areas such as rider pay, incentives, supply and demand, load management and network economics. The work is highly specific to Deliveroo’s marketplace and requires balancing multiple interconnected outcomes across riders, consumers and the wider delivery network.
