Principal Benefits Partner

Precision Medicine Group are hiring a Principal Benefits Partner based remotely in Hungary, Poland, Turkey or the UK to join our team. The Principal Benefits Partner will be responsible for the execution and administration of PMG’s international benefit plans and programs. Conducts analysis and interpretation related to the organization’s benefits programs for region. Supports benefit plan benchmarking. Partners closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to ensure market competitiveness. Responsible for all international benefit plan management and administration, including benefit plan design benchmarking and broker management.
