About the Position SPs are versatile generalists who take a deeply analytical and strategic approach to solving Jane Street’s most pressing problems. They move across groups as firm priorities evolve, developing a holistic view of our business and driving cross-functional growth. As an SP Intern, you'll work on projects that combine big-picture thinking with rigorous analytical problem-solving. You'll learn to break down complex challenges into actionable steps, use data to inform decisions, and build frameworks to tackle business questions. This hands-on experience will give you direct insight into how SPs lead strategic initiatives across the organisation and leave you with a strong grasp of what an SP career looks like.
