Electronics Hardware Calibration Technician

In this role, you will be responsible for the calibration and validation of all electronic hardware systems used in our racing operations. Team members are encouraged to challenge established thinking and share their ideas to create an environment where everyone can contribute to our shared success. - Performing calibration and validation of all electronic systems in line with performance requirements - Identifying and rectifying calibration issues and ensuring the reliability of all electronics - Support the development of calibration procedures and test routines - Engaging in data analysis and providing insights to enhance system perform
