People & Talent Ops Specialist

Hi, I’m Ellie, People Lead at hx. I joined hx in January 2025 as a Senior People Partner and have recently stepped into the People Lead role. Outside of work, I’m an F1 fan and dog mum, so I’m no stranger to fast-paced environments or the occasional pit stop for walkies. Our People team supports all things people at hx, from performance and engagement to the systems, insights and day-to-day operations that help our teams do their best work. We’re growing the team and looking for someone to own our People reporting and analytics, while helping keep the operational side of the function running smoothly. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights, wants to make a real impact and is excited to help shape how the People team grows alongside the business.
