Engineering Manager - Research Engineering

Flow Traders is strengthening leadership across its Research Engineering department and is hiring an Engineering Manager. Research Engineers conduct applied research jointly with quants to deliver our trading models and research platform. As the firm scales, the quality of engineering management has become one of the most important factors in how well our teams grow, retain talent, and deliver - and this role exists to raise that bar. Engineering Managers are accountable for the planning and people side of the organisation - project deliveries, growth, performance, culture and hiring - and partner with technical leads who own architecture, technical direction, and hands-on execution.
