Executive Assistant

Meticulous is a fast-growing series A company building automated frontend testing software. It's used by engineering teams at companies like Notion, Dropbox, Mercor, Wiz and many others. This is a split business and support role working directly with the CEO. It has a broad scope - we're growing quickly and hiring to increase our operational capacity as a company. This means the scope will evolve rapidly. What you'll do - Support the CEO across business and private life. - Provide operational support to our operations and go-to-market team to execute complex operational processes and tasks. - No task is too small. Examples: - Carry the fruit crate up to the office each morning. - Keep the office spotless — you notice the empty coffee tin before anyone else does. - Run across town at short notice to collect or source something. - Chase a vendor by phone until you get an answer.
