Branch Administrator | AT-PAC UK

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Branch Administrator. As Administrator, you will be a key part of the team, keeping the branch running efficiently and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard. Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day administrative duties of the branch - Audit and maintain accurate paperwork and records of all goods processed to our Company SOP’s - Raise and manage purchase orders - Monitor and maintain stock control system including booking in stock and returning hire material - Ensure all project-related costs (e.g., transportation, technical services, pre-assembly) are correctly - captured, estimated and invoiced to client as required - Support and provide assistance to Operations manager when needed in Branch - Support with information required for completion of Month End Close in line with HQ deadlines where applicable from branch perspective - Experienced in office administration (experience in construction/scaffolding desirable) - Confident using Microsoft Office and basic stock/invoicing systems - Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Strong communication organizational and time-management skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work efficiently under pressure - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Team-oriented personality with an independent and proactive working style - Willingness to learn new systems, products, and processes - Strong attention to detail - Good communication skills internally & externally
