We’re looking for a Senior/Principal Stress Engineer who is ready to take the next step into a technical and capability leadership role, helping to strengthen, grow and develop our UK stress engineering community. This is a hybrid role: you’ll deliver high-value technical work for clients while also shaping the direction, tools, talent and strategy of our stress capability. What You’ll Bring: - Lead, build and guide a community of highly skilled stress engineers - Strong background in stress analysis / structural integrity - Expertise in FEA (ABAQUS, ANSYS, etc.) and relevant assessment codes (ASME, BS7910, R6 etc.) - Experience in the nuclear or similar highly regulated sector - Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or working toward it - Ability to develop and implement technical strategy and capability development
