Identity and Access Management Analyst - 9 Month FTC

- Lifecycle & Access Management: Manage user access throughout the Joiner, Mover, and Leaver lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely provisioning, role changes, and de-provisioning. - Access Governance: Review and process access requests in compliance with security policies and the principle of least privilege. - Operational Support: Manage IAM requests through the enterprise ticketing system, resolving queries within agreed SLAs. - Compliance and Audit: Support user access reviews, certification campaigns, and audit activities. - Process Improvement: Identify access control gaps and process inefficiencies, contributing to workflow automation and standardization. - Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation, SOPs, and user guidance.
