That includes: Key Responsibilities & Opportunities - Conduct patrols and monitor site security systems. - Control access, issue passes, and carry out searches when required. - Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies. - Complete reports, logs, and handovers accurately. - Support health & safety procedures and report hazards. - Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional presence. - Protect people, property, and assets while following site procedures. What we’re looking for: We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have: - Must be British National and have lived in the UK for the past 5 years - Must be Eligible to obtain and maintain SC Clearance. - Valid SIA Licence. - Right to Work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history. - Security or customer-facing experience. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Calm and professional in challenging situations. - Knowledge of security procedures and report writing. - Flexible for days, nights, weekends, and public holidays. - Strong written and spoken English.
