Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in content production within audio, podcasting, television, film, gaming, or interactive digital media
- Demonstrated experience producing scripted narrative content (narrative games, audio drama, fiction podcasts, episodic storytelling, or equivalent)
- Background in interactive media, game narrative, or non-linear storytelling
- Experience managing creative talent and external production partners
- Strong understanding of story structure, character development, and serialized formats
- Experience with production budgeting, scheduling, and vendor/freelancer management
