As a Partner Sales Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to deliver on our strategy to build mind share of Amazon Web Services and grow adoption of cloud-based solutions in our fast growing and Basic qualifications: - Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent - Experience formulating and executing strategies to exceed revenue objectives through the adoption of AWS or equivalent technologies - Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business - Experience creating and implementing long-term transformational account strategies in a customer-facing role or equivalent - Experience presenting how plans will meet organizational goals - Experience Driving strategic meetings with senior executives to expand partnership priorities - Experience representing AWS within the customer's environment and driving discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management, and risk mitigation - Experience building and managing a healthy sales pipeline focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration - Experience managing customer objections and suggesting alternative solutions as necessary to maximize partnership opportunities - Experience partnering with technical partners for design implementation - Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS, or experience with solution-selling methodologies
