Security Supervisor

Responsibilities You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes: - Welcome and assist staff, visitors, and contractors while delivering excellent customer service. - Lead and support the on-site security team during your shift. - Conduct regular patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment. - Manage access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and incident response. - Ensure all officers are compliant with site procedures and company standards. - Support emergency procedures, including evacuations and searches. - Monitor performance, provide coaching, and support team development. - Maintain accurate records, site documentation, incidents, and handovers. - Remain vigilant at all times, reporting incidents and preventing disruption. What we’re looking for: We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have: - A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence - Previous control room experience and the ability to lead and motivate a team - A proactive approach, strong customer focus, and excellent team-building skills - A valid CCTV Licence and full UK driving licence - British nationality and UK residency for the past 5 years (due to site requirements) - The right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable employment history - Strong communication skills, both written and spoken English - Flexibility to support operational requirements when needed
