IT systems that work effectively keep Amazon’s operations running at full speed. Our IT Support Engineers work behind the scenes to troubleshoot any issues and improve our systems, so that we can operate
Basic qualifications:
- Experience troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation
- Experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery
- Experience with networking technology (TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS and DHCP)
- Experience supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above
- Valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle for daily use
- Valid and active driver's license
