The Investigations Specialist Lead owns Veeqo's account investigation and fraud response capability. This is a seller-facing role. You proactively identify, investigate, and mitigate fraud across the platform,
Basic qualifications:
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, macros, SQL, visualization tools - Tableau, Quicksight, etc.
- Experience identifying and solving complex problems through data analysis
- Experience in fraud/risk investigations
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership, or experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
- Experience identifying and resolving complex issues
