Site Security Manager

Responsibilities You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes: Team Leadership and Development: • Lead and support the security teams, ensuring they are well-trained, briefed, and ready to perform their duties at all times. • Promote and exemplify the Securitas values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. Operational Management: • Manage scheduling, Timegate, and holiday planning up to 6 months in advance for both sites. • Conduct monthly site audits to ensure compliance with contract paperwork and procedures. • Oversee attendance management, taking action when absence trigger points are reached. Compliance and Training: • Conduct investigations and disciplinary actions as required. • Support the development of specialist and contractual training with the Branch/Training Team. • Ensure all policies and procedures comply with legislative and ISO 9002 requirements. • Health & Safety: • Ensure the security team understands and complies with all Health & Safety procedures and PPE requirements. Operational Support: • Maintain a thorough understanding of all departmental operational functions. • Support the Branch Manager/Deputy Branch Manager with additional duties as needed. Ideally, you’ll have: - Front Line SIA - Driving License - Previous experience in a similar role - Must have the right to work in the UK. - Have a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment, and part-time education during that period. - The ability to embody and uphold the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.
