Main Duties: - šŸ“‹ Lead the planning, production and management of project schedules across complex programmes. - ā±ļø Coordinate work packages, track progress against milestones and manage resource planning. - šŸ¤ Oversee and review sub-contractor programmes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives. - šŸ“¢ Engage with stakeholders to report on progress, risks, opportunities and project changes. - šŸ“ Support bid and proposal activities through manhour estimating and project planning input. - šŸ“Š Produce clear project reporting, including critical path analysis and performance metrics for senior leadership. āœ… What We're Looking For: - šŸ–„ļø Intermediate-level Primavera P6 experience (essential). - šŸ“ˆ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project. - šŸš€ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - šŸ’¬ Excellent communication skills, able to clearly present project progress and key risks. - šŸ” Strong attention to detail with the confidence to challenge and review contractor submissions.šŸŽÆ Desirable Experience: - šŸ“‘ Proven experience planning projects under NEC4 contracts (particularly Option A & Option C). - šŸ—ļø Background in major infrastructure design and build projects. - āš›ļø Experience within the Nuclear or Defence sectors is highly desirable.
