Customer Service Administrator

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly team at our Port Salford site on a full time permanent basis, this role is fully office based. Working hours: Monday - Friday rotating (07:00-15:00, 08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00). With flexibility to cover weekends when required. As a Customer Service Administrator you will support the day to day administration of Customer Services, offering outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast paced friendly environment and providing a continuous professional and dedicated service. Job responsibilities of Customer Service Administrator include: - Answering emails for both internal and external personnel. - Problem solving for client, customer and Internal departments. - Meeting customer and client expectations. - Resolving customer and client queries. - Order keying on SAP. - Maintain a high level of customer/ client focus. - Provide various reports for clients in a timely manner. - ATP control for Order releasing. - Ensure the completion and circulation of reports to relevant stakeholders. - Other administration tasks as determined by the Customer Service Manager. - Passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience. - Attention to detail/ accuracy. - Good geographical knowledge. - Proficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. - Order processing experience. - Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information. - Ability to work in a fast paced environment. - Conscientious and reliable with adaptable attitude.
