Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years in privacy
- Experience developing and maintaining privacy documentation and processes, including RoPs/ROPAs, DPIAs, Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs), and/or data mapping
- Former role in privacy or security with knowledge of regulatory and industry requirements and standards
- Experience with privacy program management
- 1+ years leading projects with tight deadlines that involve the use of automated and manual systems and supporting internal customers across the globe
- Proven knowledge of global privacy regulations and pending legislation (GDPR, CPRA, DMA, EU AI Act, LGPD, PIPL, etc.) and applying them in a complex environment
