The Global Design team is looking for a creative, innovative, results-oriented designer based in Luxembourg, Madrid or London who will be responsible for the design of select new buildings or expansion
Basic qualifications:
- Experience as a Producer, UX Program Manager, Research Program Manager, or similar role in a user experience or design team
- Experience in UX research
- Experience leading large projects through the full product development life cycle in a large, cross-functional team
- Experience with web-based design tooling and project management software (Jira, Wrike, Workfront, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in project and program management
