Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Several years financial services experience
- Fluency with Generative AI tools & methodologies to accelerate delivery
- Experience managing teams composed of multiple functions and countries
- P&L fluency and ownership experience
- Experience representing an organisation to senior external stakeholders
