Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in quantitative disciplines such as Computer Science, Engineering and Economics
- Experience with process design based on Lean Principles
- Experience in capital project management involving ownership/management of engineering design projects
- Experience with concepts such as system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making
- Experience in management of engineering design projects
- Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above
- Experience building and running simulations using tools such as Siemens Plant Simulation X, AnyLogic, or Emulated 3D
- Experience with automated material handling equipment (e.g., conveyors, sortation systems), packaging technologies, and high-speed manufacturing systems
