Basic qualifications:
- Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting

- Deep expertise in tax administration, public finance or public finance.
- Ability to define strategy in ambiguous, undefined markets and influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Experience navigating complex political and organisational landscapes across multiple cultures.
