Housekeeping Supervisor

Your focus: The well-being of guests and employees. You will support the coordination and management of the housekeeping department. You will also be responsible for: - Shared responsibility for ordering and deliveries within the housekeeping department - Collaboration with internal and external cleaning staff - Ensuring and implementing Motel One Housekeeping standards and responsibility for cleanliness in all areas - Co-responsibility for the implementation of internal coaching, cross-training and induction of new employees in Housekeeping - Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through cooperation in our multicultural teams Whether you are a hotel professional or a career changer - you will fit in with us!
