What You'll Be Doing - Receiving, logging, storing, and issuing samples and test items. - Preparing shipments and coordinating sample deliveries. - Supporting laboratory housekeeping, cleaning, and waste management. - Maintaining accurate documentation and databases. - Communicating with clients and internal teams regarding samples and paperwork. - Providing general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and archiving. This role would suit someone from a wide range of backgrounds, including retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, logistics, warehouse operations, healthcare, scientific support, quality, or laboratory environments. No laboratory experience is required. Full training will be provided.
