They exploit encrypted Basic qualifications: - Experience in security, law enforcement, or intelligence roles - Experience influencing senior leaders/stakeholders - Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership - Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship - Deep, firsthand understanding of operational, technological, and policy challenges across the public safety and justice landscape, including countering terrorism, organised crime, economic crime, cyber-enabled crime, cross-border threats, and justice system modernisation. - Demonstrated track record of leading large teams and driving transformational change within complex, high-stakes law enforcement, security, or justice environments.
