This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about science, enjoys building relationships, and thrives on creating new commercial opportunities.  As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new opportunities, engaging prospective customers across academia, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical organizations, and supporting our global sales team in building a strong pipeline of future business. You'll be the first point of contact for many researchers, helping them understand how ONI's technologies can accelerate their work while ensuring a seamless transition into the sales process.  To be successful, you'll combine excellent communication skills with curiosity about life science research. You enjoy speaking with scientists, asking thoughtful questions to understand their challenges, and identifying where ONI's technology can make an impact. You're highly organized, proactive, and motivated by achieving measurable results in a fast-growing, collaborative environment.
